Finnish Chamber of Commerce in Latvia is a welcoming non-profit business community for companies connected to Finland and Latvia through ownership, management, trade, investment, collaboration, or shared values.

Our traditional Christmas Party will take place on 27 November 2026, starting at 18:00. The estimated end time is 23:00.

​

We expect approximately 60–70 members to attend, including around 10 children.

​

The previous event was held in the Sky Room at Hotel Bergs.

​

We are requesting a proposal from your venue that includes most of the elements listed below. We would appreciate receiving pricing on a per-person basis (adults and children), including VAT. Please calculate the proposal based on a minimum attendance of 60 guests.

​

Food served buffet style is accepted.

​

The event production and programme will be organized by our team.

​

As several alcoholic beverage companies are members of our Chamber, please do not include alcoholic beverages in the proposal. Kindly indicate any applicable corkage fee per bottle.

​

Our target budget is EUR 55–60 per person (including VAT), covering venue rental, catering, and basic sound equipment.

​

We kindly request that proposals be submitted by 9 June 2026 at 13:00. Should you require additional time, please contact us.
