Company Visit to YIT Latvija

On April 23, members of the Finnish Chamber of Commerce in Latvia gathered for a company visit to YIT Latvija—an event that had been anticipated for several years.

As the saying goes, good things come to those who wait—and this visit proved exactly that.

Hosted at YIT Latvija’s new office in the modern Vastint Business Garden, the morning began with an early tour of the office workspace, followed by coffee, informal networking, and a warm welcome atmosphere. A delegation of Finnish entrepreneurs from Suomen Yrittäjät joined the visit, creating a vibrant platform for cross-border networking and dialogue.

The official programme opened with an insightful presentation by the YIT Latvija team, offering a comprehensive overview of the Latvian and Baltic housing market, key trends, and the company’s strategic vision.

A dynamic Q&A session allowed participants to dive deeper into industry developments and exchange perspectives.

The programme continued with a site visit to the Mārpagalmi residential development. There, participants had the opportunity to explore the project and gain practical insights into YIT’s approach to sustainable and modern living environments.

This company visit was part of FCCL’s valued Member-to-Member tradition, where members open their doors to share expertise, showcase their work, and strengthen the community through meaningful connections.
