Annual General Spring Meeting

Dear members, sign up and join us for the Annual General Spring Meeting, which will take place on Tuesday, 31 March at 16:00 online.

The Agenda, Review of the Board’s activities, Auditors’ report are sent to our members.

In accordance with the Articles of Association, FCCL holds two Annual General Meetings each year.

The Spring Annual General Meeting may be conducted online and includes the following agenda items: Review of the Board’s activities, Auditors’ report, Decision on the discharge of Board members and other officers from material and administrative liability.

The Annual General Autumn Meeting is held typically by mid-November and is usually hosted at the Embassy of Finland in Riga. During it, the Chairman, Board members, and Auditors are elected, the future activity plan and budget are approved, and other important matters are discussed.
