Agenda:

18:00 - Annual General Meeting (Conference Room)

We will be reviewing the board's activities, financial balance sheet, and auditor's report. Additionally, we will discuss proposed changes to our articles of association.

Your vote matters, so if you can’t attend, please give your proxy to a board member (we suggest deputy chairman Lasse Henritius). We need at least 50% of our members to agree on any changes in the Articles of Association.

Join us for a friendly competition to unwind and network! Sponsors are welcome!

Entrance is free of charge for one representative from each member company. Additional participants from the same company and non-members are welcome for a fee of 20 euros per person.
