Annual General Meeting and Board Elections

November 5th: What a fantastic event as FCCL members gathered at the Embassy of Finland for our Annual General Meeting!

Finnish Chamber of Commerce in Latvia (FCCL) members gathered in great numbers at the Embassy of Finland to hold our Annual General Meeting — electing four new Board Members for the 2026–2027 term (while three continue from the previous board), reviewing our 2025 achievements, and approving the activity plan and budget for 2026.

The meeting was chaired by FCCL Chair Valērija Vārna, with Executive Director Inta Krasovska presenting an overview of recent activities and future plans. FCCL member Jeļena Rešetņikova (Marketing Angels) introduced insights from the member survey and the brand refresh initiative, while Arnis Pooks and Līga Brauna-Mykkanen (HRX) highlighted the planned business delegation visit to Oulu in spring.

We were honored by the participation of H.E. Ambassador of Finland Anne Saloranta and her colleagues, who shared updates on the upcoming Business Breakfast event, Christmas charity Bazaar and Reception.

New FCCL members introduced their companies, followed by an enjoyable networking session with delicious refreshments kindly prepared by the Embassy of Finland.
